IN BRIEF

How can a retailer use AI?

The most useful are closest to the customer: a salesperson who gets stock, selling points or the procedure in one question; product pages that are up to date, translated and readable by search engines and AI assistants alike; customer service that sorts requests and prepares replies.

At head office, AI cross-checks sales and stock to propose restocking, and brings area managers’ store visits into the CRM. On the website side, the accessibility of e-commerce services is governed by the European Accessibility Act, applicable since June 28, 2025.

USE CASES

AI prepares, your teams decide.

Uses connected to your tools, without disrupting peak sales periods.

  • Stockouts spotted before opening

Every night, AI cross-checks sales and stock, then proposes restocking. The department manager approves.

  • Up-to-date product pages

AI writes descriptions and translations in your brand’s voice. The e-commerce team reviews and publishes.

  • Sales staff supported in store

AI answers sales staff on stock and procedures. The salesperson stays with the customer.

  • Visible in AI engines

Your products and brand present in ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini answers, and measured.

  • Customer service sorted

Orders, loyalty, returns: every request qualified, a reply prepared and reviewed.

  • Field reports in the CRM

The area manager dictates after the visit; the report is filed after review.

AI-READY

Your AI agents read and act in the tool, through MCP.

MCP is an open standard: a universal plug, under your control, between your software and AI. Your IT department approves every access.

  • SAMPLE REQUESTS TO YOUR AGENTS
  • “Which products risk a stockout on Saturday?”
  • “Prepare the page for this new product in three languages.”
  • “What are stores saying about the new collection?”

OUR METHOD

Four steps, from head office to stores.

The four steps of our method, in a loop. Each can be done on its own; together, they organize AI across the whole company.

  1. Inspire your leadership team

A keynote built on cases from your business. Your leadership decides where AI will be useful, and where it will not.

  2. Map your operations

We spot the bottlenecks, rank use cases by gain and difficulty, and name the tools to keep.

  3. Bring your teams on board

In a hands-on session, everyone arrives with a real problem and leaves with the AI agent that solves it. An AI policy sets the shared rules.

  4. Build with the AI Factory

Our engineers build AI-ready business tools with you. You keep the keys.

You take back the keys.

The code and data stay with you, documented. We keep improving the tool with you, or you take it over. This is step 4 of our method: Build with the AI Factory.

YOUR QUESTIONS

What retailers ask us.

What are the most useful AI use cases for a retailer?

Restocking proposed from sales and stock, product pages, support for sales staff, customer service sorting, and feedback from stores to head office.

How can AI help in-store sales staff?

By answering in one question on stock, products and procedures, from your up-to-date data, so the salesperson stays with the customer.

How do we make our products visible in ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini?

With clear, structured, up-to-date product pages, content that answers customers’ questions, and tracking of your presence in the answers. See our SEO and GEO use case.

Can AI handle customer service requests on its own?

We recommend that it sorts and prepares, and that a person approves. A customer talking directly to an assistant must be told so.

What does the European Accessibility Act change for an e-commerce site?

Since June 28, 2025, e-commerce services must meet accessibility requirements: alternative text, keyboard navigation, contrast. We take this into account in what we build.

Do we need to centralize product data before starting?

Not necessarily. We start from your current tools and improve data quality as uses grow.

Does AI decide in place of your teams?

No. AI prepares: it sorts, checks, summarizes and writes a first draft. A named person reviews and decides. Every AI action is logged.
