IN BRIEF
What is regulatory watch with AI?
It is a tool that monitors your official sources (official journals, regulators, European authorities), spots the texts that concern you, writes a summary with a link to the text, and sends it to the team concerned.
AI reads and sorts; your lawyers and compliance officers approve what goes out and decide on next steps. Every summary keeps its source: we never cite a text that cannot be opened.
WHO IT’S FOR
Banks and insurers (national and European regulators), local authorities (texts that apply to their services), federations and observatories.
Updated October 15, 2026.
WHAT YOU FACE TODAY
Too many texts, not enough time.
What we hear from compliance and legal teams.
VOLUME
“We read the texts when we have time, so too late.”
SHARING
“The information stays within the legal team.”
PROOF
“We cannot show who was informed, and when.”
WHO IT’S FOR
Compliance, legal and business teams at regulated institutions and public bodies.
WHAT WE BUILD
A monitoring platform built around your sources.
We start from your sources and your organization. You stay in control of what goes out.
Tracked sources
Official journals, regulators, European authorities, specialist press: the list is yours.
Sourced summaries
Each text is summarized, with a link to the original and the points that concern you.
Targeted alerts
The right text goes to the right team, according to your rules.
History and proof
Who was informed, when, and what was decided: everything stays on record.
AI-READY
Your AI agents read and act in the tool, through MCP.
MCP is an open standard: a universal plug, under your control, between your software and AI. Your IT department approves every access.
- SAMPLE REQUESTS TO YOUR AGENTS
- “Which texts published this month concern our business?”
- “Summarize the new obligations and their dates.”
- “Who was informed of this text, and when?”
BEFORE / AFTER
What changes for your teams.
| TODAY | WITH YOUR NEW TOOL | |
|---|---|---|
| Reading | When someone has time. | Every morning, the relevant texts, summarized. |
| Sharing | By email, to whoever is on the list. | To the right team, according to your rules. |
| Proof | Hard to reconstruct. | On record: who, when, what follow-up. |
Every gain is measured in your company, from your starting point.
HOW IT WORKS
In a few weeks, through to go-live.
Your project is run by our AI Factory: a team of engineers who build your AI-ready business tools, with you. Indicative timeline, assuming good scoping.
Scoping and data retrieval
Your rules, roles, sources and tools, set out before building.
Clickable mockups
You see the tool before it is built, and you adjust it.
Build
Our engineers build the tool, connected to your software and to AI.
Acceptance testing with your teams
Your teams test on real cases. We build in their feedback.
Go-live
Access opened, first days supported, then measurement.
You take back the keys.
The code and data stay with you, documented. We keep improving the tool with you, or you take it over. This is step 4 of our method: Build with the AI Factory.
YOUR QUESTIONS
What people ask us before we start.
Which sources can AI-powered regulatory monitoring track?
The public sources you choose: official journals, websites of regulators and European authorities, legal databases, accessible specialist press.
Are the summaries reliable?
Every summary links back to the original text, and your lawyers approve what is shared. AI sorts and summarizes; it does not replace legal analysis.
How is this different from a monitoring subscription?
The tool is built around your sources, your organization and your distribution rules, connected to your tools and your AI agents, and you keep its code and data.
Is it useful for banking and insurance?
Yes: the volume of national and European texts is high there, and proof of distribution matters. See also our Banking page.
Where is our data hosted?
Wherever your IT department decides. Hosting in France is possible, or on your premises if your data requires it.
And after go-live?
We support you through the first weeks, then keep improving the tool with you. You can also take it over: the code and data stay with you.
