IN BRIEF
Why start with leadership?
Because AI changes how every function works at once, and these choices belong to leadership: where to use it, with what rules, with what resources. According to Insee, 71% of French companies that do not use AI say they see no use for it.
Our keynote answers that question with your own cases: we prepare them beforehand with a few people, then show AI in action on your standard documents, your processes and your tools. It continues with a workshop where leadership ranks the first use cases.
WHAT YOUR LEADERSHIP GAINS
Clear bearings on the next waves of AI, and a first list of use cases ranked by gain and difficulty.
Updated October 15, 2026.
WHAT WE HEAR BEFORE THE KEYNOTE
AI is everywhere, except in your decisions.
What executives tell us before we start.
PRIORITIES
“We don’t know where to start.”
TRUST
“We worry about our data and our customers’ data.”
RESULTS
“Our pilots never make it to production.”
WHO IT’S FOR
HOW IT RUNS
Prepared with you, delivered for you.
Three stages, two of them before the keynote.
Preparation
A few interviews with your business teams to choose the cases that speak to your leadership.
Keynote
The next waves of AI, then AI in action on your cases, live.
Workshop
Your leadership ranks the first use cases and sets the ground rules.
BEFORE / AFTER
What changes after the keynote.
| BEFORE | AFTER | |
|---|---|---|
| Vision | Isolated uses, with no shared direction. | Leadership aligned on the uses to develop. |
| Priorities | Scattered ideas. | A first list of use cases, ranked. |
| Rules | Implicit, or missing. | Principles set, to turn into an AI policy. |
The keynote opens the mapping of your operations, step 2 of our method.
WHAT COMES NEXT
The keynote opens the four steps.
The four steps of our method, in a loop. Each can be done on its own; together, they organize AI across the whole company.
Inspire your leadership team
A keynote built on cases from your business. Your leadership decides where AI will be useful, and where it will not.
Map your operations
We spot the bottlenecks, rank use cases by gain and difficulty, and name the tools to keep.
Bring your teams on board
In a hands-on session, everyone arrives with a real problem and leaves with the AI agent that solves it. An AI policy sets the shared rules.
Build with the AI Factory
Our engineers build AI-ready business tools with you. You keep the keys.
YOUR QUESTIONS
Questions about the keynote.
Who is the keynote for?
Executive committees and leadership teams, and more broadly the management teams who must decide what place AI takes in the company.
How is it different from a generic AI keynote?
It is built around your business: we prepare the cases beforehand and show AI in action on situations that resemble yours.
Is technical knowledge needed?
No. We talk about decisions, business functions and rules. The technical details come later, with your IT department.
Is our data used during the keynote?
Only what you choose to share with us, preferably anonymized standard documents. Nothing is kept without your consent.
What happens afterward?
Depending on your decisions: operations mapping, hands-on sessions for the teams, then building the tools with the AI Factory.
Can it be held during a leadership offsite?
Yes. We adapt the format to your offsite, preferably in person.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT
Let’s prepare your keynote.
Thirty minutes to understand your context and suggest a format suited to your leadership.
